We operate 11 company-owned service centers worldwide. We maintain 14 authorized warranty centers and line-service facilities on six continents. We’ve positioned our $500 million parts inventory at strategic locations around the world. We’ve stationed our Field Service Team of factory-trained specialists at service centers worldwide. We’ve prepared a dedicated airplane to deliver flight-essential parts and a technician to Gulfstream aircraft under warranty at airports throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean. And, finally, we’re always available through our 24-hour Technical Support.

Our Appleton facility is responsible for providing major service and modifications to Gulfstream business jets. The facility specializes in providing custom configurations, devising innovative ways to meet customers’ needs and satisfying special requests. Founded in 1965, Air Wisconsin Airlines’ corporate headquarters are located at the Appleton International Airport. Together with regional partner American Eagle, Air Wisconsin operates a fleet of Canadair regional Jets (CRJ200), which holds 50 passengers each. Air Wisconsin operates nearly 500 departures per day system-wide to 26 states and three Canadian provinces. With service to approximately 70 cities throughout North America, Air Wisconsin carries nearly 6 million passengers per year.
FedEx Express is the world’s largest airline in terms of freight tons flown and the world’s fourth largest in terms of fleet size. The FedEx facility at Appleton International Airport provides overnight, next day and freight service. It is a subsidiary of FedEx Corporation, headquartered in Memphis, with its global “SuperHub” located at Memphis International Airport.

FedEx Express typically flies twice daily between Appleton and Memphis in an Airbus A300-600RF, moving more than 26 million pounds of freight annually.
