Handicap Parking Rebate

The Handicap Parking Rebate will be discontinued April 30th.  Parking rebates through April 30th  may be submitted until May 31st.  Any rebates submitted after May 31st will not be refunded

Form Instructions

Step 1
Fill out all Parking Use Information.
Step 2
Attach a copy of the dated parking receipt. Click “Choose File”, and then select your scanned receipt file from your computer and attach it.
Step 3
Attach a copy of your parking permit tag. Click “Choose File”, and then select your scanned handicapped parking permit from your computer and attach it.
Step 4
Fill out all of the Contact Information.
Step 5
For security purpose, copy the characters into the text field provided.
Step 6
Click “Submit Rebate Request” once form is filled out completely and all requested documents are attached.

Terms and Conditions – Rebates will be based on actual costs for parking, BUT WILL NOT EXCEED two weeks long-term parking rate. Form must be filled out completely and be submitted along with scanned COPIES of the dated parking receipt and either the HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT or LICENSE PLATE REGISTRATION. Please retain a copy of all documents submitted. PLEASE ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR REBATE.
