NOTE: International garbage processing available on site

Appleton International Airport requires notice by 2 p.m. (local time) on the business day prior to the intended day of arrival for ALL international travel. Arrivals should contact Tower for directions to Customs ramp.

Appointments outside of office hours may be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week; requests outside of office hours are based on officer availability. Users requesting service outside of normal hours must pay an additional $180 overtime charge. To schedule an appointment with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, please call (920) 968-2348.
