In order to keep our parking costs low for the majority of the year, ATW utilizes dynamic pricing for our short term, long term and Express Park lots. Dynamic pricing is an elastic pricing model which allows for rates to increase when demand sharply increases. When demand subsides, or returns to normal, pricing returns to the standard rates. Dynamic pricing can be implemented at any time. Whichever pricing model is in place at the time you enter the lot is the model that will be used for the duration of your stay.
