Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

We are proud members of the global Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program network. The Sunflower empowers individuals with non-apparent disabilities, conditions, or chronic illnesses by giving them a discreet way to let others know that they may need a little extra support or time. Sunflower lanyards are available in our Mother’s Rooms before and after security.

Hearing Loop

ATW offers hearing loop technology to make airport and gate announcements clearer for travelers with hearing aids or cochlear implants. The system sends sound directly to telecoil (T-coil) receivers, reducing background noise and improving clarity.

Hearing loop service is currently available near Gates 5–10 in the new concourse. For best results, move closer to the gate and switch your hearing aid or implant to the T-coil setting. Hearing loop coverage will expand throughout the entire concourse as renovations continue.
