Aviation Explorers
Aviation Career Exploring is a program open to young men and women ages 10 to 20 years with an interest in learning more about a career in aviation with our partners:
- Air Wisconsin Airlines
- Appleton International Airport
- CAVU Flight Academy
- EAA
- Fox Valley Technical College
Monthly events include:
- Taking private guided tours ‘behind the scenes’ of airport facilities
- Meeting local pilots, maintenance technicians, air traffic controllers and others in the aviation industry
- Learning the principles of flight, types of propulsion systems, navigation and communication systems
- Making friendships that last a lifetime!
