ATW Badging Audit
Please follow the steps below to complete your badge audit.
STEP 1: APPLICATION
- Complete an ATW Badge Application.
STEP 2: APPOINTMENT
- Make a Badge Audit appointment by clicking here.
- Make sure the appointment is within your organizations scheduled time block. Please ask your Authorized Signatory when your time block is.
- When you arrive for your appointment, please bring with you the following:
- Your completed ATW Badge Application
- Two (2) forms of identification per the acceptable forms list
- During your appointment, our staff will review your documents. The appointment will only take 3-5 minutes.
