• If you did not receive a ticket upon entry, you are using our “ticketless” option
  • You either dipped your credit card and that will act as your ticket. Simply dip the same card on the way out.
  • Or, the license plate reader saw your license plate on the way into the lot. The system will read your plate on the way out and charge based on the time your car was in the lot.

• Please contact tforster@spplus.com for the following parking items:
  • Obtain a duplicate receipt
  • Dispute charges
  • Estimate of charges for a future trip

  An ATW representative will reach out if your inquiry has not been answered by the automated email.
